Services are provided by Dane Collins, a marketing professional with 28+ years of experience.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

7. Client Work Product

For work performed for clients:

• Clients retain ownership of their content and data
• We retain ownership of our methodologies and processes
• Custom work products are owned by the client upon full payment
• We may use general knowledge and experience gained in future projects
• Confidential information will be protected as specified in separate agreements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvolverLabs shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party services or integrations
• Results from search engine algorithm changes
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.

9. Performance and Results

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes:

• Marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control
• Search engine algorithms and policies may change
• Market conditions and competition may affect results
• Client implementation of recommendations may vary
• We make no guarantees about specific rankings, traffic, or conversions

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• With written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately for material breach of these terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For violation of acceptable use policies

Upon termination, you must cease using our services and may lose access to your account.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EvolverLabs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Content you provide or transmit through our services
